Collaborative learning and progress

Community Connections is committed to achieving the best possible service and support outcomes for all Barwon and South West Victorian residents, regardless of whether they access our services or not. Creative collaborations with key stakeholders is a very effective way to improve client services and to identify and promote best practices across the sector, so Community Connections keenly participates in or coordinates several significant networks and partnerships.

Child and Family Services Alliance

Community Connections Consultancy (CCC) - providing professional counselling and education services that improve the mental health of individuals, families, organisations or groups. We also arrange for mental health social workers to work with general practitioners to assist them in providing government mental health initiated programs, including working with individuals and conducting casework.
