Making children the first priority Child FIRST is a community-based information, intake and referral service that is a single Child FIRST is a comprehensive program that provides a combination of: Case Management / Case Work Reading Support (via early intervention literacy programs for young children) Parenting and Child Development Group Education Where necessary, we also provide: •interim support for children, youths and families when a case manager or worker is not available in the short-term •short-term intervention •community education
Child FIRST is a partnership between the South West Family Innovative Team (Brophy Family and Youth Services, Mpower, Warrnambool City Council and Community Connections), Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative and the Department of Human Services. |
