When outside problems impact inside the family

Often, when one member of the family is suffering, the whole family suffers. This can be the result of ill-health or the pressures of caring for someone with ill-health, inexperience with running a family, work stress or just about anything.

Community Connections offers a range of services to help individuals and/or their families to cope with these extra pressures and to explore options for improving the situation. Our Engagement and Response team direct people to the most appropriate service for their circumstances, including accessing the full range of services provided by Community Connections and other service providers across the South West Victorian region.
