How does Community Connections help families and children?

Family Services is the term used for a variety of support activities that Community Connections provides for vulnerable children, youth and families experiencing difficulties in their family relationships and environments. The focus is to enhance parenting capacity, ensuring that children experience positive life milestones.

Family Services caseworkers foster partnerships with families and relevant service providers to assist families to achieve their goals of stability, safety and developmental wellbeing for their children and young people.
