Aged Services

Support for seniors

Community Connections provides a range of general services that are suitable for seniors to access, as outlined below. The main aged service we provide is the Community Visitor's Program.

Community Visitor's Program

old _young_helping_handsA community visitor is a volunteer who is matched with a resident of an aged care home and visits them regularly. The  Community Visitor's Program aims to enrich the quality of life of residents of aged care homes who are socially isolated or lonely and would benefit from a friendly visitor. The program also helps to establish links between people living in aged care homes and their local community.

•Glenelg

•Southern Grampians

•Moyne

•Warrnambool

•Corangamite
