Financial Counselling
The service is available to assist people with budgeting, managing debts, negotiating with
creditors and information on bankruptcy.

Gamblers Help
Sometimes the hardest decision to make is to ask for assistance with a gambling problem.
We aim to make that decision as easy as possible. Free, confidential counselling is available
for problem gamblers and their families who live in the southwest region of Victoria.

Emergency Relief Fund
If you have crisis we may be able to provide some emergency assistance to help you meet the
costs of food, power bills, rent arrears and other debts. The cheque will be made out to a third party.

Social Housing Advocacy & Support Program (SHASP)
Information, assistance and support to public tenants. Includes: Appeals, applications,
maintenance/repairs, rental arrears, swaps, transfers, segmented waiting list applications,
neighbourhood disputes and referrals.
