Community Connections Consultancy (CCC) is a professional counselling and referral service for people who need help to work through a difficult circumstance or to generally improve their mental health or wellbeing. We provide services to individuals, couples, families, organisations and groups who require assistance with:

Managing depression

Overcoming feelings of anxiety and fear

Managing anger or violence

Resolving interpersonal work conflicts

Improving communication

Dealing with stress and conflict at home and in the workplace

Increasing self-esteem and confidence

Managing addictions

Dealing with grief, loss and trauma

Improving parenting skills

Enhancing personal relationships

Handling a problematic situation

Resolving thoughts of separation and divorce

Management of chronic pain

CCC staff help people to examine the alternatives available to them and provide interventions that enable people to make decisions and implement strategies to assist with life choices in the home and workplace.

CCC also provides services aimed at improving the mental health of the community by arranging for mental health social workers to work with general practitioners to assist them in providing government mental health initiated programs, including working with individuals and conducting casework.
