About Community Connections Vic Ltd

Community Connections (Vic) Ltd is an independent, not-for-profit, non-government organisation that provides a range of human and social justice services to families, children and individuals who are residents of the South Western region of Victoria.

We aim to provide human and community services in a way that reflects the needs and aspirations of the communities serviced, with due respect to the worth of the individual, the right to quality of life and personal dignity.

Accredited
Community Connections (Vic) Ltd has a commitment to continuous improvement in the quality of care, service and safety. Community Connections (Vic) Ltd is accredited with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and has achieved the standards for the Evaluation & Quality Improvement Program.

Social Justice
The Agency strives to raise awareness of structural inequities and advocates for change in policy, service delivery and social conditions for those most vulnerable in the community.
